You don't need any of this to register — but here's what to expect before we can approve you for an event.
PLI & Employers Liability (min £5m each), Local Authority registration, food hygiene rating (4+), risk assessments, HACCP, gas cert, PAT test, allergen chart, and a photo + menu per unit. Full list in your portal once registered.
Pitch fees and turnover % shown when you apply. Additional costs may include gas, power, and PDQ terminal hire. All fees confirmed before you commit.
All soft drinks must be purchased through We Are Halo. Minimum order: 1 crate water + 1 crate energy drink per event. Order via your trader portal once approved.
Biodegradable packaging where possible. All grey water, cooking oil and pallets leave with you. Pitch photos on arrival — fines may apply for damage.
All traders must accept We Are Halo event vouchers. Samples sent before each event. Payments settled post-event with your event payout.
